3*5 Laws of Growth

  • The Law of Awareness — get to know yourself. Understand who you are and what makes you tick.
  • The Law of Mirror — see value in yourself. Point out to yourself all your admirable qualities and ways you’re making a contribution, then add even more value.
  • The Law of Reflection — every now and then pause to take a look at how far you’ve come and allow growth to catch up with you.
  • The Law of Consistency — this is what keeps you growing. Continuously putting in the work and doing what needs to be done.
  • The Law of Environment — in order to grow, you need to be planted in a conducive environment with the right external and internal factors in play.
  • The Law of Design — lay out strategies to maximize your growth.
  • The Law of Pain — pain could be in the form of challenges or setbacks. Allow them to catapult you into growth.
  • The Law of the Ladder — as you progress, your character needs to remain impeccable. This determines how far you go.
  • The Law of the Rubber Band — as long as you’re stretching, you will keep growing.
  • The Law of Trade Offs — let go of things to get even further.
  • The Law of Curiosity — always have a learners mindset and try to get to the root cause of things. Understand the ‘why’
  • The Law of Modelling — having mentors or people you look up to in your journey speeds up the growth process.
  • The Law of Expansion — the more you grow the greater your capacity to handle situations becomes.
  • The Law of Contribution — grow with others. This is one of the greatest ways to discover life’s purpose.
